Finally I have the chance to talk with other fans and locate all the music and stuff I had no idea I was missing! Cliff Richard is far more fan-worthy than I knew. Love to be included on your fan list. Lived in Bonn, Germany from 1958-1960 and my brother and I would stay up late on the weekends listening to Radio Luxemborg waiting for the latest Cliff Richard & The Shadows hit. The lowest moment was when I had to go back to the States and miss all the great sounds of Cliff & The Shads. I got a buddy to mail some of their 45's to me so I could keep up with the latest. Oh, by the way, about 10 years ago I saw the coolest Cliff Richard & The Shadows reunion concert on the show Nite Flight. I'd love to be able to get a copy of it. Is there any videos you can purchase?

Great Sir Cliff Richard Home Page. I'm a British ex-pat and have lived in the US since 1973. I'm an avid Cliff fan and have been since September 1958 when he first appeared on TV in the show "Oh Boy!". I am fortunate that I travel home twice each year and get to see Cliff concerts live and in person. I also have all his CDs and videos in Pal and NTSC. From some of the US fans comments I have connections where they can purchase CDs in the US and I am able to have Pal videos converted.
It took me 23 years to discover a US Cliff Richard Fan Club - I know how starved of Cliff news one can be

Have been a fan and admirer of Cliff since I first saw his video of "All I Ask of You" with Sara Brightman. I am a member of the Cliff Richard Fan Club in America and keep up with his career through the newsletters. If I could meet any singer in the world, it would be Cliff. I am disappointed, however, that I can't get other videos as I have just about wore this one out. The States don't know what they have missed by not promoting his music

Hello everybody!!!! I have been a Cliff fan since I first heard him sing "Devil Woman" but don't get me wrong I found out I enjoy everything else that he does!!! From early sixties to infinity!!! I first saw him in concert in Cleveland at the now defunct Front Row theater and then again in New York City!!!! I could only catch glimpses of him before and after the shows! I did see him at the airport in New York the next morning! I just can't beleive that such a talented guy could not make it any bigger in the states! If anyone knows where I can get any of his movies for U.S. play, I would be indebted to you always!!

I've been a fan since 1979. Cliff the man is as worthy of admiration as Cliff the entertainer, and that doesn't happen very often. It's tough to be a fan in the US, but it's great to know that there are a lot of us out there to share our love of this fantastic singer.

I have been a CLIFF RICHARD  fan since 1961.  He came to America for a short time, but then we lost him.  I think, as fans, WE  should make an effort to bring him to be known again here.  I just miss him so much.  England is very fortunate to have him.  We lost a wonderful part of his life as an entertainer.  God bless you Sir Cliff.

I first became aware of Cliff Richard's music in the fall of 1980 when I was 10 years old and Dreamin' was released on the radio here in the States.  I've been a huge fan ever since and I'm 32 now. I'm sure other American fans are still learning through computers how to get a hold of all Cliff's music as the U.S doesn't release a lot of it. In my opinion he's the best music talent of all time right up there with Paul Mc Cartney and Elvis.  His I'm No hero album holds the fondest memorys for this generation X'er.

I moved from England to the US 8 years ago, and keep up with Cliffs activities quite well except I really miss the odd appearance by Cliff on talk shows etc, when he performs his latest release. My mums first record was Move It and one day we've promised ourselves we'll go see our man in concert. I get to UK twice a year so its just timing. Love you Cliff, always will..

I am a big fan of Sir Cliff Richard for over 45 years. I lived in Bangkok, Thailand for 26 years I became his fan when I was 14 years old when I heard radios in Thailand playing his first recorded song title "Move it"  and his first gold disc "Living doll" and many more since then I was very impressed his beautiful voice. I moved to Gardena, California in the  summer of 1970. I have brought reel to reel tape most of his songs and cassette tape with album title "When in Spain" which Sir Cliff  sung in Spanish with me. I waited 21 years to see his concert in 1981 in Santa Monica, Country Club in Resida, and the Greek Theatre all in Los Angeles, California. I have his baseball T-Shirt and poster of his '81 North American Tour. I watched him when he co-hosted "Solid Gold" in early '80. I collected his LPs which he sung in Italian and German. I believed he is the only artist who sings in four different languages. At present I collected his CDs most of his songs.I bought DVDs of his "Count Down Concert" part one and two which he performed in Birminghan,England when I visited my family in Thailand in January of 2002. I am 58 and a half years old 4 years younger than him but he looked so great. Long live Sir Cliff Richard so that fans around the world will enjoy your beautiful voice.

Just booked the seats and are flying to Hong Kong to see Cliff's concert in March 5th. My husband & I love Cliff so much that we can't forget those happy days in England, Royal Albert Hall in May 2001. We went there for 4 days and watched 3 three shows.  This time only 1 show is not enough, but better than none. Sir Cliff you are always the best. Love to hear from other Cliff fans.  I like Cliff since '65.

Hi! My name is Liz & been a fan of Cliffs since the 70s,I 1st heard in 1973 on the radio, but it would be a few more years until I put a face with the actual voice itself & once I did this-then it I was literally hooked for life. My only regret in not seeing him perform (concert) -1986 he did a gospel concert in Colorado & knew about this ahead of time, but still couldn't get off from work. I know for an actual fact he got 40 minutes standing ovation afterwards. So I'm asking other fans out there lets get Cliff back to the USA again, ok! If he knew of such a following he just might return once again. And I'd love to hear from other followers of Cliffs, as well (anywhere!). We Americans never get enough news on our favourite performer
PS-looking forward in hearing from you all

Glad to see so many fans from the US and Canada are listed here.  I do believe Cliff has fans in every state!  Randal has a wonderful site and it's great to be able to access information on Sir Cliff.  He's all over the web!  I run the meeting house on the West Coast; the Wetzels run one on the East Coast.  There may be more than one US fan club; the one affiliated with the ICRM is here in California.  If anyone remembers who ran the previous Cliff fan club in Texas (in the late 70s), please contact me.  Maybe we'll get to see more of Cliff (well Nashville certainly has) as he records in Miami, Nashville and L.A. this spring and summer.

I first saw Cliff at Butlins holiday camp, 1958, when I was 12 years old, have been hooked on his music ever since. Kind of lost track when I first emigrated to the U.S. in 1966, but then didn't like what he was recording at that time. Got hooked again  when "Devil Woman" hit the charts and have followed ever since. Have every album he has ever put out and also the followup C.D.s

Ever since I heard the smoothest voice on earth, I was sold. Cliff Richard won me over as a teenager, when he sang "Suddenly" and "We Don't Talk Anymore." In that voice, was something special that hit you in the soul; the dulced, melodic, masterful ability to capture notes with emotion, clarity, and power hit me in the soul with such tunes as "Ocean Deep", "Discovering", "Some People", "Silver", and "Daddy's Home." I was fortunate to see him live at the "Apollo" in Glasgow, Scotland twice. It was as though God had allowed me to peek in on a concert from heaven! Surely Cliff, you've been blessed with a heavenly voice and a heart of gold. I only wish, like a lot of us in the USA, you would come visit us and perform...please come to Seattle!!! The chart toppers may have said you were not big in the states, but our hearts know more than record sales that you are larger than life. Keep that voice in shape, I really want you to come tour the USA! God bless; I will eternally be your fan and buy anything you put on a recording!

Good to find a Cliff site for the USA. For strange reasons he did not achieve the same success here, in terms of fame and record sales as he has done world wide. Only a few of his singles (Devil Woman, We Don't Talk Anymore) ever made to the Top 10 charts here whereas he had so many No.1 and top 20 hits in the UK and elsewhere. Was it the lack of publicity / effort on part of his publishers to promote him in the USA? Some other less outstanding British artistes have scored much better here.

I'm one of Cliff's biggest fans (as we all are, each one of us) and it's such a shame there's no Cliff here in Calif (or the U.S.!).(I'm originally from London.) So for publicity's sake, I've put Cliff's photo in my car window so everyone will say "Who is Cliff Richard?"  At least they'll know there is a Cliff Richard, the greatest entertainer world-wide.  America is missing so much.  I wish he'd do a duet with Olivia or a concert here with her so Americans will start noticing him.  Come on, Olivia.  We want Cliff here!

I don't believe it!!!!!!!!!  There are so many Cliff Richard fans just in the Greater Seattle area: Bremerton, Mukilteo, Kent, Everett and Redmond.  I don't have to be a closet Cliff Richard fan any more!  Because it seems nobody knows who he is in the States!  A girl friend got me a Cliff Richard 3 movie box set this last Christmas.  Since then, I have been watching them almost every weekend.  In addition, I've purchased an add'l movie (Expresso Bongo) & CD sets of Cliff's old songs from the early days.  My favorite Cliff's decade was the 60's.  I've seen Summer Holiday 7 times before I was barely a teenager.  Then my family moved to the States, I lost touches with anything Cliff Richard.......... until the mid 70's with Devil Woman.  I knew instantly it was his great voice.  Long live Sir Cliff........  Any correspondence are welcome.

I've been a Cliff fan since 1958. I grew up in Norway and was lucky to see Cliff and The Shadows in concert in 1964 in my hometown of Trondheim. When we lived in Southern California I was able to get a photo from the 1964 concert autographed by Cliff. I was also, along with club members, able to attend concerts and tv show tapings. What an experience! But that seems so long ago. Back in the early '80s. I do have a few items for sale.

Hi to all of you long time Cliff fans. I became hooked when I saw "Wonderful to be Young" in the early 60's. I sat through the movie 14 times in one weekend!!! I have been a tried and true fan since then.
There were't too many people in Canada who knew who Cliff was at that time. Well, 33 years later I'm still listening to him. His music has always been a source of enjoyment for me. I have seen him on stage three times in Canada, and once in London (Time the Musical). My husband's cousin in England keeps meinformed of all the latest updates. I'm always so envious when she goes to all his concerts and tennis matches. Most of my old records are so scratched from overuse. I'm so glad I've been able to purchase some of the old tracks on CD's and tapes. I've said to my family many times if there was ever a fire in our house, Cliff stuff gets rescued first!! I would really like to hear from any fans out there

I thought my dream had come true when I saw him in concert in Edmonton in 1982, so couldn't believe it when I was lucky enough to visit England in April this year and take in two performances of Heathcliff. It was truly a magical experience!!!! I think his integrity, commitment and talent are unmatched! Would love to hear from other Cliff fans.....anytime, from anywhere

I grew up in Nova Scotia so knew of Cliff but that was about all. I went to live in England in the fall of 1972. While walking down Oxford Street one day I heard the DJ on a radio blaring out from a store asking this question, "Who has a birthday today and, like one of his hits, is still a bachelor?"  Well I knew it was Cliff Richard because I knew his song, "Bachelor Boy".  Then I decided I wanted to know who this Cliff Richard was.  During my 1.5 years living in London I got to hear him in concert a couple of times, saw him in person at a retreat, etc., and really got to appreciate the man.  I was quite surprised when I went to a concert at the Royal Albert hall (the cheap standing room place way at the top!) that a number of the songs he sang I recognised!  Since returning home I caught the last 20 minutes of his concert "The Event" on PBS and taped it.  Have been trying to get the video ever since.  My regret:  I saw the video once in a store and thought, "I'll pick it up later".... BIG mistake!  I tried the EMI supplier in Toronto and was informed that all of Cliff Richard's material had been pulled from the North American shelves....  Help!

I am listening to his Somewhere over the rainbow and Lay all your love on me over and over again. I am just stuck to the beautiful backing vocal group. I hope we could have the WANTED and the single around the release time in UK and make a big hit. His voice is getting better and better, I can say the best is yet to come. Also it will be good news if I can buy the Unforgettable in NTSC format. Any consideration at all? Thanks.

I've been a fan since about 62, when I saw Wonderful To Be Young (the Young Ones) in Ottawa.  The first time I saw Cliff live was his big NA tour in 1981, and again in 82.  That did it for me, and I moved to the UK to catch up on what I had been missing!!!  I stayed for almost 6 years, and saw Cliff countless times on stage and tennis court.  Back to Canada in 1989, and fed up with Cliff not coming here again, and not liking the weather in the UK, I moved to Australia in 96, where the weather is beautiful and Cliff shows up every few years.  Why am I back in cold and Cliff-less Canada again you ask?  That's a long story that I won't go into right now.  But isn't the Internet wonderful???

I have always been a huge Cliff Richard fan and I am an 18 year old totally blind boy. When it comes to Cliff Richard I really love his late 50's and 60's sound so much. It is so hard to find some of these albums on CD because Cliff isn't famous in Canada. I was born in Sri Lanka and he is ever so famous over there! You'll never know how delighted I was to have found this great web site and I would love to correspond with any of you! I have alwayas wanted a box set of Cliff but I don't think there are any available. I heard there was a rock and roll box set that was put out a few years ago but it isn't available now. It contains 105 songs from 1958-1963. I would love to have a copy of this set sometime.
Well, God bless you all and I will really look forward to hearing from you! Sincerely, Maheen.

Hi, I have been a Cliff fan since he first started recording and I still love to listen to him.  I attended a concert at the Royal Albert Hall and thoroughly enjoyed it.  I also saw him in Blackpool, England, where I used to live, in the late 60's and he was in a summer show there.  I would love to correspond with anyone who wants to chat about his career.  I am a member of the fan club in Toronto, Ontario, but we do not get together unfortunately as there is no list of members available to us.  Hope there is someone around this area I can chat with.

I have just returned from a weeks visit to England to see Cliff at the Royal Albert Hall, it was an awesome show, he still looks like a young un!!! I am waiting anxiously for his new cd to be released, only wish I could hear and see Cliff here in Canada.  He did do a concert in Toronto in the 80's (which of course I went to!!) but haven't seen him here since.  Our loss!!

Hi, I have been a Cliff Richard fan for over 20 years.  I collect his music and videos.  I have seen him in concert once here in 1982.  I would love to chat with fellow Cliff fans.  Come one, come all!

I am a 19 year old totally blind boy and I have always been a huge Cliff fan. I would really love to hear from other fans out there who can please help me get more of Cliff's early music including his box sets. I live in Canada in a city called Mississauga which is in the province of Ontario. Cliff has always been a big part of my life and believe me, I really and truly adore his early recordings a whole lot. I have been totally blind all my life and music is so special to me. My favorite Cliff song has always been Wind Me Up Let Me Go. If any of you would like to add me to MSN messenger you can do so at maheenwick@hotmail.com
I will look forward to hearing from you! If you can also please help me get his superb box set On The Continent that would be very much appreciated. Sincerely, Maheen.
